 - Design, develop and launch sales business model in Vietnam

 - Fulfill legal/regulatory requirement to conduct the business in the country

- Establish end-to-end operation flow including hiring and forming necessary teams

 - Lead on daily operation and continuously seek for business expansion in the country

- Closely collaborate with the manufacturing team to improve customer/patient experience

* Qualifications
 - BA/BS degree
- 35 years old and under (from 36-39 years old, the elite are accepted. Over 40 years old is disqualified)
- English or Japanese (advanced business level): Japanese First
- Self-starter capable of working independently
 - Strong presence & communication skills – both interpersonal & written
- Team player, team leader & people manager with ability to work with all levels in a highly intellectual, collaborative, and fast paced environment
 - 5+ year experience in business development (preferred)
 - Have experience in starting up operations and work in Start-up
