● Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base.
● Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs for new market / new customers ( for both domestic and export market)
● Negotiate and implement Contract with these customers to hit the sales targets.
● Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
● Motivating staff and leading the team to achieve sales targets.
● At least 10 years in Sales, Having deep knowledge of furniture is an advantage or similar industry (interior)
● Strong selling solution business knowledge
● Results driven with a high passion, drive and motivation.
● Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making capabilities.
● Networking skills. Ability to collaborate, co-operate and communicate effectively within a demanding, culturally diverse, matrix organization.
● Ability to work independently, anticipate and react to frequently changing business climate
● Excellent communications; able to deliver client presentations with ease and flair.
● Persuasive, articulate and able to work with and influence people at all levels, nationalities, and personalities.
● International exposure and mindset, combined with cultural sensitivity and effectiveness in a multicultural environment.
