Job Purpose
A. Planning and implementation of business development and operation strategies at Northern Branch
B. Manage the business development and daily operation smoothly and effectively
C. Build team and culture at Northern Branch
D. Approve and develop related systems and policies.

Main Responsibilities
Be accountable to realize with the consult of Functional leaders:
Plan & implement Northern Branch Development strategies aligning with the company business strategy and goals.
Plan and control relevant Northern Branch costs.
Partner closely with functional and business leaders to assess & maximize the Northern Branch’s ability to function at a level needed to retain talents and attain strategic goals.
Plan and develop the related policies, regulations and related management system at Northern Branch.

Operation and Project Management (40%)
Be responsible for P&L of Northern Branch
Manage current clients and develop new clients
Manage daily operation in Northern Branch, such as:
Trucking operation
Warehouse operation
Xdock operation
Integrated service operation
Risk management and safety in operation
In cooperation with Functional Heads, develop/improve and implement operation processes, to serve current clients and new clients

Culture and People development (30%)
Taking part in culture & employee engagement projects of the company via influencing and being role model.
Developing & delivering activities to promote core values and culture at Northern Branch.
Conducting talent acquisition and selection. Coaching and developing, evaluating and rewarding staffs.
In cooperation with Functional Heads, setting, guiding and implementing the team and direct report staff’s goals align with the strategies of the division and company
Finding ways to continually improve the departmental processes to improve the performance of the team.

Policies & Systems Development (10%)
Designing & communicating the relevant policies.
Standardizing the reports and evaluating the effectiveness of Northern Branch.
Apply technology into managing operation data of Northern Branch.
Other tasks as assigned by CEO, including being as contact point with external stakeholders.


Requirements


Requirements
Education:
Major University or above

Experience:
Have a minimum of 5 years of experience at the same position; Priority is given to those who is experienced in strategy planning and management

Organizatio of implementation; Monitoring
Evaluating Effectiveness
Role model in Motivating employees; Coaching, mentoring staff; Delegation of authorization; Problem solving & decision making.
Excellent communication, presentation, persuasion and good behavior.
Creative thinking, flexible, continuous improvement.
Excellent in English(listening/speaking/reading/writing).
Good at Ms. Office & proficient in online
Willing to travel as requested
