- Maintain daily secretarial and administrative support to Managers, coordinate, arrange Manager's working schedule, avoid any conflicts.
- Administrate the GM office affairs.
- Arrange the regular meetings and properly keeps the minutes and other important files.
- Organize meetings and activities with Manager requirements.
- Arrange the Manager's traveling, including transportation, hotel, etc.
- Other things assigned by General Manager.
- Knowledge: Bachelor degree, Fluent English & Chinese
- Experience: Over at least 2 years of work experience as an administrative assistant or secretary to GM
- Skill: Proficient in computer skills, such as MS Excel, Word, PPT, etc. Fluent in both written and spoken English. Skilled in time management.
- Personality : Strong teamwork spirit and interpersonal skills.

- Report to: General Manager
- Salary: 13 - 16Mil Gross + 13th month salary + yearly bonus + attractive benefit
