HR2B mission is simple, to bring human resources management expertise to business in Vietnam.

Our head office in Ho Chi Minh city has over 20 staff dedicated to providing you our customer with high quality service. The team of 5 in Hanoi serves those in the capital. In addition to our full time staff, HR2B hs developed a wide network of experienced professionals nationwide to assist us on a project basis.

Range of Human Resources Services
From consulting in human resources management during 2002 , HR2B developed executive search and selection service in 2004 at the request of our clients. During 2006 we added payroll outsourcing. In 2008 we plan to extend our service coverage to the area of of contracting.

Key People-Management

General Director
Tom holds an MBA for the Henley Management College in the UK. He has spent over 15 years in corporate HR roles before starting HR2B in 2002. He has lived and worked in Vietnam since 1996.

Deputy General Director
Hong holds B.A in Psychology & Education from Pedagogy University in Hanoi. She has more than 7 years working in Multinational Company and 5 years in HR Management. Hong joined HR2B in 2005.

Specialist, Executive Search & Selection
An graduated from Open University. She worked for a Nokia Representative Office as Assistant to Office Manager & for Sanofi-Aventis as Assistant to Factory Director. She joined HR2B in 2006.

Specialist,Executive Search & Selection
Hien graduated from Hanoi Law University and has 3 years experience in Recruitment with a foreign company. Hien has good experience in consulting, settling all the issues related to employee, company policies & labor regulations. She joined HR2B in 2006.

Ly has a BA in Pedagogy & English and a BA in International Business. He used to work for ATEC, a leading overseas study consultancy company in HCM City. Before joining HR2B in 2006, he worked for the FV Hospital for > 3 years as the key person in charge of all insurance – related issues.

Quan graduated from Science Social & Humanity University and has 10 years working for IT Company, and almost 4 years as Marketing Manager of BenThanh Tourist Travel Service Center and 01 year for setup new company. Quan joined HR2B in 2007.

With more than 3 years’ experiences in Customer services and Sales/ Marketing department, she’s been successful in communicating and solving problems related to human being. She joined HR2B in 2007.

Tham graduated from HCMC Polytechnic University with B.A in Industrial Management. She has more than 2 years working for the IT Leading company in Vietnam as HR Assistant Manager. She has joined HR2B in early 2008.

Phuong graduated from Foreign Trade University in Economics. She has 10 years working in Intenational companies with 6 years Executive Search and Selection specialist. She joined HR2B in early 2008.

Phuong graduated from Foreign Trade University, majoring in External Economics. She has 5 years international working experience, focus on business management consulting. She also has experience in HR&Admin functions. Phuong joins HR2B at the early of 2007.
