Ho Chi Minh office

Tom holds an MBA for the Henley Management College in the UK. He has 18 years working experience, HR and organizational development area. Tom has over 10 years experience of living and working in Vietnam both as a member of a large MNC and then in running his own business. HR2B is now one of the top 3 head hunting companies in Vietnam.
Hong holds B.A in Psychology & Education from Pedagogy University in Hanoi. She has more than 7 years working in Multinational Company and 6 years in HR Management where she has obtained significant experience and knowledge of different organizations (foreign, joint-venture, local firms). Hong joined HR2B in 2005 with the roles of growing business development for the firm.
Ms. Thuy Nga was born in Ninh Thuan, Vietnam, left the country when she was 9 years old and grew up in the United States. Thuy Nga has recently came back to Vietnam to live and work since 2008. Thuy Nga has over 10 years of experience in the Human Resource and staffing industry including in the U.S and Vietnam. She is currently managing a team of total 12 recruitment staff members.
Mr. Kiet just joined HR2B this March as Manager Payroll & Contracting Service. He is now leading the team of 4 full time staff. Kiet has 12 years experience working in accounting / finance and HR area for multi-national companies from different industries. He has strong knowledge of labour law, issues related to payroll process, finance. Besides, he’s well-informed about application software system (SAP, Oracle, iScala).
Hien graduated from Hanoi Law University and has 3 years experience in Recruitment with a foreign company. Hien has good experience in consulting, settling all the issues related to employee, company policies & labor regulations. She joined HR2B in 2006.
Ly has a BA in Pedagogy & English and a BA in International Business. He used to work for ATEC, a leading overseas study consultancy company in HCM City. Before joining HR2B in 2006, he worked for the FV Hospital for > 3 years as the key person in charge of all insurance – related issues.
Chau graduated from HCMC Banking University (Financial & Credit) & Economics University (Finance & Accounting). She has over 10 years experience in Finance & Accounting in foreign companies (Indochina Stone Ltd., American Home, HIECC Management, etc). Besides, she was the Deputy Operation Manager of HDBank, An Lac branch for a year. Chau joined HR2B in the middle 2009.
Tham has a BA in Industrial Management from HCMC University of Polytechnique. She possesses solid background in technical, business & several years of experiences in HR-Recruitment role for a Vietnam’s leading IT Company before starting HR2B in early 2008. Tham has strong network & extensive experience in searching & matching candidates in IT/Telecommunication industries.
Holds BA. Business Administration Almost 10 years experience in Customer services; Joined Navigos group since 2006, started with contracting services since 2008 with roles of Account Management ands leading the team to run contracting service operation. Joining HR2B in 1 July 2010 following of MIS acquisition.

Ha Noi office

Van Anh has joined HR2B since early 2009. Previously, she worked as a Council Manager, Vietnam for Gerson Lehrman Group, Shanghai office, where Van Anh took responsibilities for searching experts, recruiting and business development. Van Anh has over 6 years experienced in working for multi-national companies and is knowledgable of different industries and business cultures.
Phuong graduated from Foreign Trade University, majoring in External Economics. She has 5 years international working experience, focus on business management consulting. She also has experience in HR & Admin functions. Phuong joins HR2B at the early of 2007.
