The 2012 Vietnamese Labor Code Revisions @ HCMC

A new labour code for Viet Nam will be presented to the National Assembly for consideration later this month.  In this interactive business briefing Ms Nguyen Thuy Hang of Baker McKenzie will detail the changes in the law that are likely to affect your business.  Tom Vovers of HR2B will discuss strategies and concrete actions you can take to respond to these changes in the business environment.

Ms. Nguyen Thuy Hang – Associate,

Joining Baker & McKenzie in 2006, Ms. Nguyen has been involved in a wide range of practice areas in various investment projects, and advised on corporate and regulatory compliance issues in Vietnam, including employment and labor, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment lecensing, corporate and commercial matters, and related matters. She holds a B.A in International Law from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam, a LL.M in international and Comparative Law from Southern Methodist University's Dedman School of Law, and an Executive MBA from the University of Hawai'i at Manoa's Shidler College of Business.
