On October 16th (in Hanoi) and October 18th (in Ho Chi Minh City) , HR2B joined British Council Vietnam and the British Embassy in organizing the UKAV annual galas. This activity is one of HR2B’s plans to attract more high level candidates to better support you - the clients in your high level staff recruitment needs. From the very first start untill now, HR2B has been gradually update and enlarge our candidate database. We currently have more than 40,000 profiles of top professionals both Vietnamese and expats.
UKAV (United Kingdom Alumni Vietnam) is an official Association for Vietnamese people who have studied and lived in the UK for at least three months. Majority of members are currently employed in important positions in economic, social, cultural and educational organisations in Vietnam. The number of members continues to increase every year as the UK is one of the leading destinations for overseas study.
The UK Alumni Gala on 18 October in Ho Chi Minh City themed ‘Connections that make a difference’ was a great success in terms of level of attendance, organisation and sponsorship values. More than 100 participants attended the event.
Two days prior to the Gala in Ho Chi Minh City, a UKAV Gala was successfully organised on 16 October in Hanoi. The event enjoyed great attendance of more than 300 particpants including representatives of UK universities and colleges who had been here taking part in the annual Education UK exhibition.
