On March 15th 2010, the Ministry of Finance issued an official letter No.3124/BTC-TCT to notify that the submission of Tax finalisation for 2009 will be extended to May 31 2010. This would give people more time to adapt to the new changes and ensure correct submission
The government has issued Decree 28/2010/NĐ-CP on March 25th 2010 regarding the new increase of minimum wage. This will be increased from 650,000VND to 730,000VND effective from May 1st 2010. As a result, Social, Medical and Unemployment insurance cap will be increased from 13,000,000VND to 14,600,000VND. HR2B consultant will remind all clients again and apply this change in May payroll.
