Printronix had been doing business in Vietnam for the last 8 to 9 years but to grow further, we wanted to have a local manager to work closely with our channel partners in Vietnam. Thanks to HR2B, we were able to contract the services of the manager in the short term while we made plans for setting up the legal entity in Vietnam.

 

As we had only one manager, it made sense to engage HR2B to handle all our administration, payroll and legal obligations for the manager contracted. This is definitely more efficient than doing the administrative work our self remotely.

 

Like every country, Vietnam has local labor and tax laws that have to be complied with; since we did not have a legal set up in Vietnam and were not familiar with the local laws, HR2B was a great help in educating and providing us with the necessary information and ensuring that all statutory obligations on the part of our company were met on a timely basis. They also ensured we were updated on any changes in the local laws e.g. the last PIT policy changes . It gave us a peace of mind to be able to consult with HR2B.

 

The staff at HR2B were helpful and friendly. When issues or questions were raised, they were able to handle them professionally.
