To provide technical expertise in supporting Company marketing activitites in Vietnam.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Provide technical assistance, support and on-the-job training to less experienced Customer Support Engineers. Set example for less experienced CSEs in customer interactions, problem solving and administrative responsibilities i.e. timely completion and processing of all paperwork.
2. Perform routine checking and testing to Company products at customer to ensure the smooth operation.
3. Coordinate and assist equipment and software installations, modifications, corrective and preventive maintenance on equipment and associated peripherals at customer sites and getting the acceptance from the customer.
4. Provide total account management for assigned accounts to include on-the-job training and process support, problem tracking, sales assistance and line audits.
5. Communicate with all levels at customer management, from floor supervisors to plant managers to keep them informed of account status. Manage the customers at commercial level.
6. Provide written communications to Company’s management for account status updates. Provide feedback to management proactively on field problems, performance and areas for improvement and growth.
7. When needed, find out ways to improve line performance at customer site.
8. Provide total account management & project management for assigned accounts to include technical, training, process information and project installations.
9. Report to managers all deviations proactively and find /recommend ways and solutions as much as possible
10. Adhere to the company cultural expectations.
11. Conduct and abide all duties within company policy and the specific guidelines established in applicable quality procedures.
12. Any other job duties / businesses as assigned by the managers

PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Person specification a) Education:
 Bachelor degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
b) Experience:
 At least 3 years of SMT related technical experience of component placement (SMD) equipment or similar equipment.
 With on-site support experience is preferred
c) Travel Frequency:> 50%
d) Competency and Skills:
 Good interpersonal communication skills; both oral and written. Must be able to work with various levels of customer expertise.
 Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
 Good people management and coaching skill
 Position requires the ability to work independently with usage of possible resource within company, i.e. R&D, 3rd line, Sales & etc.
 Individual must be able to have knowledge in all facets of the equipment, to include electrical, mechanical, and microprocessor systems.
 Total commitment to Customer Satisfaction.
 Good command of spoken and written English is a must. Able to converse fluently with colleagues at headquarter

 Frequent travel within and outside the region is required
 Subject to the business needs, individual may need to perform shift duty; adopt to irregular work hours; work overtime; work during holidays/weekend; work at customer sites, etc

 Able to sit, stand, bend, kneel, twist, repetitively use hands, push, pull and reach. Additionally, the employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 kg with tools.
