| Person specification | Experience in a supervisory or management role with a track record in a similar environment Hold recognised academic or professional qualification and should be able to demonstrate strong experience in Quality Assurance or process improvement. Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and other accreditations is essential, experience in TQM, SPC, 6-Sigma, SAP-QM and HSE Standards Good interpersonal skills required to liaise with personnel at all levels, including client staff, project teams, site operatives, auditors and external certification bodies Must be able to demonstrate strong, positive customer and people management background demonstrating good interpersonal skills Good working knowledge of relevant legislation, including Health and safety and Hygiene In depth manufacturing background in quality related role Working knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, word, power point You must be able to provide externally recognised levels of competence that are consistent with the role Excellent written and spoken English language |
