Job summary
|
- Maintain full set of accounts under local GAAP & US GAAP including financial analysis & any ad-hoc analysis/corporate management reporting
- Executes month end close process including month end account reconciliations.
- Executes payroll calculation and payments to vendors/employees/Vietnam authorities
- Executes PIT, VAT, and other tax reporting
- Business partners with other functions (both local & Corporate) in forecasting, annual budgeting process and financial modeling
- Responsible for cash management & treasury function
- Responsible for all Company secretarial, audit and taxation matters and all statutory filings
- Assist with legal matters as they arise
- Performs other related duties as assigned
