Job summary
|
• Recruit and build up competent Quality Team • Build up and organize brewery laboratory • Implement Quality System based on Carlsberg guidelines - implementation of sampling plans and quality awareness within production staff • Lead and manage the Quality department colleagues, assuring an effective & strong audit function. Ensure quality control throughout the supply chain on processes, products as well as by-products e.g. waste water • Directs and manages all quality, GMP, sanitation and pest control functions • Lead implementation of ISO 9000 and HACCP systems • Shared ownership with operations management to solve product and processing issues, trends and deviations by preventative and corrective actions • Work closely with the Central Quality key-contacts from both HABECO and Carlsberg on policies, KPI’s, regulatory aspects, audits, reports, re-engineering and new product development project • Maintain food safety and regulatory policies to ensure organization's adherence to Governmental regulations. • Primary site contact for all raw material and packaging suppliers with regard to specifications, audits. Manages the vendor non conformance process to assure corrective action and contract compliance.
