Job summary
|
1. Responsible for giving a direction of the Human Capital strategy and aligning it with the business vision of the Company 2. Recommend and maintain an organizational structure and staffing levels to accomplish company goals and objectives 3. Develop company culture and provide recommendations on changes to accomplish company goals and objectives 3. Develop and implement HC policies and processes with different departments that facilitate efficient business delivery and can assist in business planning as well as operational delivery 4. Define HR systems for manpower plan, recruitment strategy, career and succession plan, compensation and reward policy 5. Define learning and development initiatives, develop professional and technical skills programs through the establishment of training function within the Company 6. Establish and implement short and long-range HC departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures 7. Evaluate procedures and technology solutions for developing system based human resources data management and HR Information System 8. Define and monitor overall HC expenses budgets and perform periodic cost and productivity analyses.
