• Degree/ Diploma level preferred. • Good Vietnamese and English Communication Skills • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in multinational FMCG companies, luxury industry or hospitality industry of which at least 3 years in the Supervisor or Key Account position. • Knowledge in wines, food and beverage is an advantage • Formal selling skills training. • Computer skills (Microsoft Office). • Some knowledge on wines and spirits would be an advantage. • Negotiation Skills • Customer Care • Public Relations Skills • Good interpersonal skills. • Outgoing personality. • Ability to approach high-end consumers, trend-setters and opinion leaders. • Creative, self-motivated, result-oriented. • Disciplined approach to management of people and work. • Street smart and good trade feel. • Ability to work under pressure to achieve target within tight deadlines. • Team player. • Ability to represent the brand (sophisticated appearance).
