Job summary 1. Sales Performance
• Achieve the agreed annual sales target set by the Management.
• Increase listings of the Company’s core brands in customers
• Provide timely and accurate information/data for the updating of the sales management system.
• Evaluate outlet data, call targets and trade information on regular basis to drive improvement on sales efficiency.
• Monitor parallel movements and counterfeit activity and regularly report on such interference.
2. Distribution
• Ensure distribution objectives for specific SKUs are achieved as per sales plan.
• Ensure maximum facings and display of the Company’s core brands at the outlets
• Ensure target price levels for both trade and consumers are implemented.
3. Promotion
• For specific promotions, identify target outlets, negotiate and implement timely and cost efficient promotional activities at the highest possible standard.
• Feedback and evaluation of results for sales and marketing management’s review and improve promotion effectiveness.
4. Trade Relationships
• Develop and maintain good win-win relationship with key customers.
5. Competitors’ Business
• Monitor and feedback regularly on competitors pricing, activities and structures.
6. Control
• To ensure collection of receivables in order to achieve collection target as set by sales management.

PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Person specification • Degree/ Diploma level preferred.
• Good Vietnamese and English Communication Skills
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in multinational FMCG companies, luxury industry or hospitality industry of which at least 3 years in the Supervisor or Key Account position.
• Knowledge in wines, food and beverage is an advantage
• Formal selling skills training.
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Some knowledge on wines and spirits would be an advantage.

• Outgoing personality.
• Ability to approach high-end consumers, trend-setters and opinion leaders.
