JOB INFORMATION
Job title Tech Service Engineer, Concrete

Job summary - Work with key customers for mix optimization and drive value added products for revenue and profit growth
- Provide first level of field troubleshooting to customers
- Provide total construction solutions to readymix, contractors, owners and engineers
- Maintain technical data base for the region
- Conduct technical and application trainings for sales and customers
- Provide weekly/monthly reports
- Search and conduct test of competitors’ products and update to management

PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Person specification - Minimum 5 years working experiences in readymix/precast concrete industries.
- Excellent knowledge in Concrete Technology and field troubleshooting will be an added advantage
- Willing to work in the field conditions including plant trials and site testing
- Familiar with concrete mix design
- Computer skill for technical presentations
- Good command of English
- Degree in Civil Engineering
