Job summary
|
1. Perform recruitment & selection activities in accordance to company’s recruitment plan and procedure to ensure that company’s vacancies are filled on time. 2. Arrange and coordinate interviews with hiring managers; conduct the initial interviews for positions from JC 18 and below; ensure all interview forms are filled by candidates & hiring managers 3. Keep close contact with hiring managers on progress of searching and consult them on recruitment issues. 4. Inform the selected candidates on the offers, and issue refuse letters 5. Keep the documents of potential candidates on database; update the status of applications thru recruitment channels in order to monitor and access the effectiveness of these channels 6. Ensure all new employees’ profiles are sufficient before forwarding them to Payroll & Benefits Supervisor 7. Assist HR Manager in planning annual recruitment budget. 8. Ensure new employees’ data are inputted into HR software exactly. 9. Control and update the recruitment budget, headcount budget, and the job descriptions of all positions in the Company 10. Coach subordinates all recruitment aspects serving jobs, and ensures that they follow the company’s regulation & policies. 11. Monthly report company’s recruitment status and organization chart to MT 12. Perform other job-related assignments.
