Job summary 1.Personnel:
- To develop strategy of Personnel for mid term in accordance with sales strategy of company to achieve target of company, based on understanding of market of electronic products in Vietnam
- To build up plan and execute plan to realize the strategy and to achieve business target
- To build up HR System and operate to develop employee to achieve business target cooperating with Group company.
- To operate Personnel and GA Group to ensure good communication with all departments & compliance with company polices and procedures
- To provide coaching to Personnel and GA members to achieve department tasks.
- Support to operational Units for day-to-day administration of policies and programs covering all Personnel functions including:
+ Recruitment and Selection.
+ Compensation and Benefits
+ Training and Development
+ Performance and Personnel Management
+ Compliance with laws & regulations
- Timely submission of group/statutory reports on labor matters for the assigned territory.
2. GA:
- Control and manage office equipments and common areas to ensure they are in good condition for usage
- Control general cost to ensure effective cost control and cost buster in administrative area
- Support expatriates and other departments on car arrangement, ticket arrangement, Passport, visa, work permit, and other related administrative jobs.
- Control contract for office leasing and manage all issues related to office leasing.
3. Others:
- Assist General Director on all Personnel and administrative issues
- Risk Management
- Cost buster activities
- Information System Management (ISM)
- Ad-hoc basic

PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Person specification 1. Education
- Bachelor Degree ( Laws, Economics, Business Administraion, Sociology)
- Master degree in social science, HRM, BA will be an advantage
2. Experience
- 5-7 years in HR fields, have more than 3 years at Manager level
- Good networks relationship and decision maker
3. Foreign languages
- Good command of English (advanced level)
4. Others requirements:
- Good management skills, problem solving, Organizing/prioritizing skills, Interpersonal Skills, Project Management skills, Presentation Skills
- Comprehensive knowledge on the Vietnam Labor and Tax law & regulations
- Recruitment/Selection skills, Coaching & Counseling skills
- Knowledge of the business processes
