1. Education - Bachelor Degree ( Laws, Economics, Business Administraion, Sociology) - Master degree in social science, HRM, BA will be an advantage 2. Experience - 5-7 years in HR fields, have more than 3 years at Manager level - Good networks relationship and decision maker 3. Foreign languages - Good command of English (advanced level) 4. Others requirements: - Good management skills, problem solving, Organizing/prioritizing skills, Interpersonal Skills, Project Management skills, Presentation Skills - Comprehensive knowledge on the Vietnam Labor and Tax law & regulations - Recruitment/Selection skills, Coaching & Counseling skills - Knowledge of the business processes
