Job summary SUMMARY OF JOB:
This position is responsible for assisting the VN-Country Manager (Vietnam) and to place a primary focus on order fulfilment, logistic coordination and ensure accuracy & availability of stock for Vietnam.

This position works with the following key internal parties:
• ASEAN Order Management
• Singapore Distribution Center
• Regional Logistics/Planning Team
• Vietnam local office – Hanoi & HCMC
• Sales, Finance, Project team, Purchasing and Services

This position works with the following key external parties:
• Forwarders, transport provider
• 3rd party warehouse provider
• Vendors
• Customers

PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Person specification - Qualifications within Supply Chain, Order Management and Logistics would be advantageous
- At least 5 years experience in a manufacturing/production
• Possess:
- Logistics & Order Management experience
- Experience in using a range of software, such as Oracle or SAP, Excel, Notes, MS Project, Word, Web Customer, E-Commerce Software, Supply Chain Planning
- Experience working in a fast-paced, changing, dynamic environment
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS :
• Possess:
- Understanding of the order fulfilment & logistics process.
- Custom clearance and declaration procedure.
- Inventory management experience.
- Strong communicator – both written and verbal (high standard of English)
- Written - ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner with internal and external customers
- Verbal - ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner with internal and external customers via telephone or in person
- Customer Service background
- Strong time management skills
- Proven ability to solve complex problems
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is necessary
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good administration skills
