- Qualifications within Supply Chain, Order Management and Logistics would be advantageous - At least 5 years experience in a manufacturing/production • Possess: - Logistics & Order Management experience - Experience in using a range of software, such as Oracle or SAP, Excel, Notes, MS Project, Word, Web Customer, E-Commerce Software, Supply Chain Planning - Experience working in a fast-paced, changing, dynamic environment KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS : • Possess: - Understanding of the order fulfilment & logistics process. - Custom clearance and declaration procedure. - Inventory management experience. - Strong communicator – both written and verbal (high standard of English) - Written - ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner with internal and external customers - Verbal - ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner with internal and external customers via telephone or in person - Customer Service background - Strong time management skills - Proven ability to solve complex problems - Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is necessary - Excellent organizational skills - Good administration skills OTHER KEY CONSIDERATIONS: • Demonstrates a methodical work attitude • Demonstrates a flexibility in operational style to meet the requirements of the position • Leader in customer service – professional approach to internal/ external clients • Tactful and effective at dealing with difficult/irate customers • Self motivated • A self starter & Independent • Be able to work with cross-functional teams and be effective across a multi-cultural environment • Possess: - Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate effective time management skills - Ability to multi-task - Willingness to take responsibility and ownership - Excellent business ethics and integrity - Ability to work to meet strict deadlines - Ability to handle multiple and conflicting priorities and effectively prioritizes tasks in a fast-paced work environment
