Job summary
|
* Business delivery as per plans for various brands. * Implement the co’s Merchandising and Planogram in all key outlets for area of influence. * Relationship building-Maintain excellent relations with key existing customers and develop business relations with new ones to promote opportunities for further and long-term business. * Design and implement promotions and maximize business through least cost to the organization. * Coordinate with Marketing Department for development of promotions and marketing tools of Modern Trade. * Look at/negotiate long term contractual agreements with Modern Trade chains to gain competitive advantage both in terms of visibility and also in terms of business terms. * Motivate, monitor, train and develop the sales team in charge and its performance to meet the current and long term needs of the department.
