Job summary Responsibilities:
• Market Analysis
- Update market intelligence (potential, opportunities, competition, price levels, macro and micro economics ... etc.)
• Marketing
- Manage the marketing and sales activities in a specific market(s) as assigned
- Prepare business plans covering the business development, business acquisition and after market service phases of a defined market
- Build up quotas and growth targets for their sales team and each team member ensuring total portfolio coverage.
- Ensure we cover the geography and all customer segments, both end users and channel partners
- Assure balance between company and channel partners strategies
• Pre-Sales & Customer Relationship Management
- Manage the Sales team to meet or exceed demand side budget
- Manage the sales team to sell the entire defined portfolio and at the same time cover all customer segments and the geography
- Develop large projects and actively work with defined capture teams for large projects
• Sales
- Drive commercial excellence and sales efficiency
- Support the team in setting strategies, negotiating and closing deals
- Report opportunities and orders on time using

PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Person specification - University degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Additional qualifications in business, marketing, economics/ finance are well-regarded
- Minimum 5 year experience in sales in Power Industry with at least 2 years in managerial positions
- Experience in working directly with relevant end-users, consultants, contractors
- Good command of English, spoken and written
- Computer literate
- Good knowledge of technical field and sales/ marketing basis
- Good at budgeting, planning, organizing and managing people
- Good in technical skills, Sales and Marketing skills and networking within work unit internally and externally
- Good communication skills and result-oriented
- Able to work under pressure and willing to learn and to travel within assigned territory and overseas
- Ability to be flexible and work in a team environment, whilst showing initiative
- General knowledge of the economic trend, customer needs and wants, buying patterns, commercial and legal issues
