Job Summary: Provides comprehensive HR support by developing and implementing HR strategies for their client groups. Diagnoses organizational effectiveness gaps, designs and deploys interventions that enhance organizational effectiveness, manages financial considerations and business/employee risk. Drives the talent management processes. Manages leadership selection and assimilation. Engages and utilizes HR core platforms as needed to obtain consultative support and common tools, systems, and processes. Performs operational activities in the area of selection, training, employee relations, compensation, benefits and systems. Partners directly with employees, managers, and business leaders to resolve HR issues. Job Content: - Demonstrates considerable understanding across many strategic HR areas, including recruiting, training, organizational development, labor relations, legal issues, employee relations, compensation, and benefits. Coaches others on company’s HR policies, systems, and delivery model. Suggests creative and unique improvements to company’s HR policies, systems, and delivery model. - Supports large locations or medium-sized business units with HR issues, regulations, and concerns. Advises, coaches, and counsels business leaders to assist with the implementation of business strategy. - Resolves complex issues. Refers employees, managers, and business leaders to others in the HR organization as appropriate, and escalates highly complex issues to appropriate subject matter experts.
Scope: - Work may be reviewed for accuracy and overall adequacy. Follows established processes and directions. - Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. - Receives general instructions on routine work, new projects or assignments. May provide guidance to entry-level personnel. - Builds productive working relationships internally and externally. - Primarily intra-organizational with occasional inter-organizational and external customer contacts on routine matters. - Contributes to the fulfillment of projects and organizational objectives.
