- University Degree Level or Specific Supply Chain Qualification (AIPICS)
- Proven track record in Supply Chain or Operations Planning function - Previous Forecasting or S&OP experience would be distinct advantage.
- Previously 3 years in a planning role preferably in recognized FMCG company.
- Very strong IT skills, in particular complicated data analysis and solutions and ability to present resultant overviews in clear and concise way to senior managers
- Excellent communicator with particular reference to persuasion and influencing skills
- Team/Multifunctional player
- Customer and Consumer focused.
- Very proactive style of working
- Fluent English speaking skills
