Job summary
|
• Prepare a maintenance schedule and set up action programs for improving Safety, Health & Environment for company.
• Ensure that all equipment and machinery, as well as the facility's physical structure, is properly maintained.
• Ensure that spare parts and consumables supplied for equipments are maintained at optimal level.
• Ensure proper technical conditions of the energetic systems, machines and equipment used in production course.
• Responsible for the safety of labours and safety of equipments
• Responsible to maintain relationships with Authorities for the monitoring of working accidents prevention, fire prevention, prevention risks to health and protection of the environment.
• Ensures working conditions according to Environment, Health & Safety Procedures.
• Ensure work is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the environmental.
• Implement and maintain environmental controls.
• Carry out hazard identification and risk assessment and put control measures in place to minimize risks.
• Provide training for an awareness of Safety, Health and Environment to all factory staffs.
• Ensure that employees are inducted and are sufficiently trained and experienced to carry out their work.
• To perform any duties as assigned by the Operations Manager
