- Fluent communication, in both English and Vietnamese (written and spoken)
- Good planning and persuasive skills
- Demonstrate honesty, resilience, responsible, initiative and adaptability
- At least 2 years working experience in the international related company. Experience in Training or Life insurance is an advantage.
- University graduation major in Marketing, Finance or Economics. Holding professional
qualifications on life/health insurance with institutes such as LOMA is preferred
- Good at Microsoft office
