Mission Develop portfolio within local territories in order to reach the budgeted assigned objectives. The Sales Manager's role is to properly manage & coordinate the Sales force. He is directly responsible to properly manage the relationship with assigned accounts. Objective: - Build & Implement the Sales Strategy. - Manage, Lead & Coordinate the Sales force. - Communicate & Manage the relationships within & between the branches/regions, and with all other company functions ( Accounting , HR, IT..) Main Activities: - Build customer loyalty & Maintain existing client base. - Develop company portfolio by scoring new clients. - Recruit, train, coach & lead the Sales force. - Organize & coordinate main bids answers. - Organize local competition & market watches, and define Freight Purchasing specifications - Participate in new products development, and organize their launch.
