| Person specification | Qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Information Systems or Information Technology
• ERP (SAP, Oracle) professional certificates (Financial, SCM, CM/TR Module) will be a plus
• Project management, IS security professional qualifications will be a plus
Knowledge/Experience:
• Minimum of 8 years of experience on either managing or implementing ERP projects (e.g. Oracle, SAP)
• Demonstrate full project lifecycle experience (e.g., proposals, requirements, development, testing, and deployment) for at least 5 ERP implementation projects of 6+ month’s duration.
• Demonstrate profound understanding of business processes of accounting, sales & distribution, and manufacturing functions
• Experience working with senior management in scope management, reporting on project status, issue escalation, risk management.
• Analytical and creative thinking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• An excellent command of written and spoken English
