POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY : - The position offered entail responsibilities in driving the sales/delivery/collection & growth objectives of the company towards the account handled.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES : 1. Ensure that sales & delivery targets on a per category basis are met on a consistent (monthly) basis. 2. Ensure that collection/AR targets are met consistently thereby avoiding payment overdues; 3. Regularly visits Dealer-Account, maintain good relations, negotiate, attend to (and serves) their needs and open mutually-beneficial deals. Propose and offer value-added services to the Dealer-Account being handled to help develop a professional “partnership” relationship. Represents company at meetings with the Dealers; 4. Support trade marketing in supervising promoters assigned to the Account handled (if applicable). Ensure that merchandising at the stores are properly maintained and in excellent condition. 5. Analyze sales statistics in-aid of formulating policies if needed and assist dealers in promoting sales. 6. Prepare and/or support in preparation of account files, database, and periodic/ad hoc reports. 7. Make forecast/ give forecast input for accounts handled. 8. Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
