Job summary
|
• Maintain the accuracy of Bill of Material in the MRP II.
• To transform production plan, inventory, sales forecast including promotion, sampling plan... into Material Requirement Planning (MRP) which is in accordance with optimal stock level.
• To issue a Master Purchasing Plan for buying section to order.
• To communicate and co-ordinate effectively with purchasing, warehouse section ... to keep stock at a proper level.
• To monitor stock level and receipts to make a good plan for stock replenishment or delivery amendment.
• To co-operate closely with warehouse section to prepare and monitor slow moving and obsolete stock, playing active role to co-ordinate smooth change and timing of materials for new products so that materials to be written-off are kept minimum level.
• Periodical check and ensure correct and most up-to-date Raw Materials Requirement (RMR) and Packing Material Requirement (PMR) that are in use.
• To co-ordinate and operate for smooth operations of all development activities for launch, relaunch and marketing activities.
• Closely work with marketing department and source supplier for packaging development to meet packaging requirement from marketing and launching time.
• Coordinate between relevant functions in managing activities concerning to trial production, promotion, launch & relaunch, etc
• To perform any duties as assigned by the Supply Chain Manager
