Job summary
|
1.Manage and control the whole operation of the Hochiminh Office day to day; 2.Manage the sales target for Dealers and push up the Dealers to fulfill the sales target; 3.Coordinate and implement marketing plans for the organization’s products/services in order to meet established sales or market share targets; 4.Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activities to identify market opportunities and to achieve established sales and profit goals; 5.Supervise the after sales service/ customer service to ensure the customer satisfaction; 6.Weekly and monthly report on Sales, set the sales target for monthly and yearly and present to the Management; 7.Set up the budget for Office operation and manage the cost is in line with the budget; 8.Coordinate to recruit and evaluate the Sales force in the Office and propose issues related to HR; 9.Select and manage ongoing relationships with external vendors ,agencies and local authorities; 10.Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
