Job summary
|
I. Principle purpose: Manage the day-to-day, implement and administer all the Marketing activities of the organization. Largely involved in formulating Sales and Marketing plans, guidelines, policies and short-term strategies as well as setting goals and targets. II. Key responsibility: - Manage and control the whole activities of the Marketing - Set up the Marketing strategy & Plan together with Sales target for all the Dealers in the network; - Push up the daily sales activities - Coordinate to make marketing plans for the organization’s products/services in order to meet established sales or market share targets; - Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activities to identify market opportunities; adjust markets strategy and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions; - Liaise with other functional and operational are mangers to ensure that marketing strategies and activities are integrated with other parts of the business and align with the overall corporate objectives; - Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of Marketing professionals to achieve established goal. - Develop, maintain and evaluate the Dealer networks align with the standard of Marketing sense; - Monitor the cost and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources, prioritize spending and achieve timeliness, reliability and customer satisfaction standards
