Job summary
|
1. Main duties: • Business Development 1. Find, contact, visit, implement, and get relationship & contracts on new projects, new customers. Maintain and develop good relationship, service and support to existing ones. 2. Make and follow up proposals until contract signature then ensure proper service of this contract. 3. Implement properly the marketing and commercial policies defined by company. Actively participate in the development of commercial policies and new offers. 4. Actively support for collecting payments from relevant customers under company policies and manager instruction. 5. Keeping customers satisfaction by monitoring quality (products, cylinders, delivery, etc) 6. Support customers with Technical advice/information regarding to their gases requirement and generate Safety awareness of customers by holding safety training/ presentation, coordination with HSE Dept. • Market and technology analysis: 7. Be active in develop and maintain business networks among Specialty Gas community by participating at commercial and technical conferences and exhibitions under manager’s agreement as well as with close collaboration within the AL Group. 8. Follow the economic, technology and regulatory evolution of the market (applications, competition, offer, price, etc.). Study relevant markets, analyze the results and identify tendencies for corresponding markets. Position product range in comparison with competitors and participates. The purpose is to propose competitive proposals in time. • Planning and Ensures an activity follow-up: 9. Prepare annual plan and implement under manager’s agreement. Prepare and implement periodical plan (monthly and weekly) with review and improvement. 10. Elaborates the annual budget including sales forecasts, operating expenses, quarterly reviews and result follow-ups. 11. Updates and analyses commercial and technical results achieved and implements appropriate correctives measures. Analyses profitability and performance of sales as well as results obtained by competition. • Handle others assignments • Report to South Sales Manager
