Job summary Key Accountabilities
- Running all activities related to Operation during the day;
- Attend to complaints and inquiries on discrepancies for shipment;
- Monitor and verify the movement of shipment and ensure that they are correctly processed and dispatched from the Center;
- Ensure the highest level of service provided to customers;
- Co-operate with Security department in controlling and providing accurately the lost and damage shipments to ensure the satisfaction and understanding for internal and external customers;
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining and effective relationship with all concerned staff;
- Initiate action to expedite or hold shipments with higher authority advice;
- Identify, solve and report all service related concerns / problems;
- Discuss and recommend solutions to higher authority to prevent occurrence of service failures;
- Involve to schedule all transportation vehicles requirements and for regular maintenance;
- Ensure vehicle appearance as per company's standard;
- Perform audits on driver’s pre-trip inspection;
- Assist in on-job supervision and safety rides for drivers
- Develop and implement cost &/or service process improvements
- Undertake quarter audits to ensure practices and process meet both government compliance requirements and company's standards

PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Person specification - University graduated
- At least 3-4 experience in working in relevant industrials, preferable in Express industry
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Well-oragnized, planning, co-ordinating and customer oriented
- Fluent in communication by English
- Good working experience in MS Office applications, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Active, dynamic, able to work in a team
