Job summary • In charge and manage the Customer Service Center
• Lead the team to provide high quality service to customer and meet department goals
• Coordinate with operation department and resolve customer service concerns and related issues in order to continuously enhance the service standard
• Plan work procedure and job allocation of department where necessary in order to maintain a highly efficient and cost effective operation flow which meets customer needs
• Review Daily CSC roster and performance report
• Drive Quality with use of Quality Score Card and develop training needs
• Provide training and development to CSC staff
• To conduct regular meetings and discussions that could achieve department goals and objectives

PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Person specification • University Degree with at least 3-5 years relevant experience
• Good communication, leadership and problem solving skills
• Mature and pleasant personality
• Projects positive company image
• Able to define goals and objectives
• To be flexible, pragmatic and work under pressure
• Good Computer knowledge – Microsoft Office, Access.
