- Degree qualified: it is not so important which field of study the candidate did his or her study in as long as he or she can demonstrate first class intellect, clear and logical thinking
- Candidates with Master/ Ph.D in any discipline are encouraged to apply
- Professional experience with international firms will be looked on favourably but we will consider exceptional raw talents. Again, industry specific experience is not as important as the ability to acquire new skills and knowledge that come with the job
- Whilst Banking background is not very important, it will be looked on favourably
- Proficiency in English: both written and verbal
- Very strong interpersonal skills
- Must be able to travel overseas at least 3 months in a year
