This position is responsible for coordinating all solution engineering, configuration and technical specification efforts within Vietnam to achieve annual sales targets and meeting gross margins requirements. The person will be responsible to support all presales technical requirements from end users and partners with a team of solution architects, solution engineers and draughtsman. You will have to ensure that all proposals are reviewed and complied with specification given by customers before submission.

Job Functions:

• Presales Management: Provide support to country sales team, manage the gross margin requirements with focus on Data Centre and BIEI market segment
• Technical Support: Support sales team on design and configuration, review all technical specification for all customer enquiries or tenders and perform joint calls with sales team to end users and channel partners
• Solutioning: Support turnkey projects, ensure that technical specification from customers are reviewed, coordinate with 3^rd party products and service providers on product specification, prices and design, work closely with project team to ensure that timelines in proposal can be supported
• Managing Team: Developing talents in the team, coaching and provide support to individual Solution Architect, Solutions Engineer and Draughtsman

·         Degree / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

·         10 years experience in a Presales and Consulting Capacity

·         At least 3-5 years of designing application for Data Centre, UPS and precision cooling

·         Experienced in managing customer expectation and maintaining high customer satisfaction in any situation and circumstances

·         Solid understanding of customer needs and expectation

·         Strong written and oral communication skills

·         Strong analytical and organization skills

·         Experience in managing projects as a presales engineer
