Production Duties<br>- Production demand planning, manpower planning that deliver finished goods timely and cost effectively<br>- Ensure finished products comply with applicable quality standards and on schedule.<br>- Maintenance of production facilities in good conditions, and good housekeeping<br>- Review the incoming raw materials comply with the quality level<br>- Liaison with supply chain, QA, contractors, material supplier<br>- Prepare workshop production report and relevant analysis<br><br>EHS Duties<br>- Implement plant EHS and security programs, and ensure compliance with applicable Standard Operation Procedures<br><br>Others Duties<br>- Implement operator training and development program;<br>- Assist in formulating plant policies consistent with company policies and execute;<br>- Participate in projects assigned by supervisor;<br>- Implement productivity improvement activities in workshop<br><br>

- At least a basic degree in Chemistry / Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering<br>- At least 3 years of solid experience in manufacturing with at least 1 year in supervisory role, preferable in MNC<br>- Familiar with ISO9001 and knowledge in EHS is an advantage<br>- Aggressive, self-motivated, independent, positive attitude and eager to take on additional assignments<br>- Good team player, strong leadership, planning, organizational, problem solving skills<br>- Good vertical and horizontal communication skills<br>- Fluent in English <br>- Proficient in computer operation (MS Word and Excel)<br>
