Main duties:<br>- Supervise sales & marketing activities in the designated area.<br>- To define, develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to expand the company’s sales, customers and market research.<br>- To ensure proposals, contracts, terms & conditions of sales are consistent and implemented properly.<br>- Ensure to achieve the budgeted annual sales targets and actively participate in securing and servicing major customers. Assisting in / implementing business system (The group specific software).<br>- Deep knowledge and understanding of assigned market, ability to provide information/report on time and propose innovative solutions.<br>- Improving AL awareness and image in the assigned area by promoting products, services.<br>- Submits weekly/monthly reports to management.<br>- Participates in sales meetings to obtain information on sales objectives, promotional actions, new products etc. and to discuss field problems.<br>- Handle other assignments from line manager.<br>- Report to North Sales Manager.<br><br>
