Key Task : - Prepare a report comparing project's competitors - Study competitor's product and make analysis on pro and con - Follow up sales to meet target, then prepare sales report - Liaison with concerned parties on problems arising for sales team - Coaching Sales Representatives - Prepare reports on behavior, demand of call-in/walk-in customers - Preparing weekly feedback report from customer, sale volume, sale problem including solution and planning. - Collecting data and survey business research of the customer need for developing product and service to fulfill customer satisfaction - Survey competitor's project. - Analyzing strength and weakness of product. - Receiving customer problem to coordinate solution for customer. - Ensure that sales representatives are working as described in JD effectively.
