Job summary • Implement the commercial policy on a geographical area
• Manage sales team in charge of the follow-up distribution network
• Apply networks policy defined by departments’ managers
• Define commercials’ volume targets (monthly) and qualitative objectives (every 6 months) for sales team
• Follow-up the results figures and report to direction and departments’ managers
• Implement distributors’ commercials operations with the target to increase sales
• Organize communication and training plans for all networks before commercials operations
• Organize regional’s actions plans with distributors
• Follow-up and pilot budgets assigned
• Implement training plans for commercials
• Accompany sales team in ground

PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Person specification • Vietnamese national.
• University degree, Master degree or upper
• At least three-years of work experience in commerce in management position
• Experience in electronics/hi-tech sector or FMCG
• Hard-working with high mobility
• Strong supervisory skills
• Good leadership skills
• Good organization and communication skills
• High sense of proposals
• Ability to take frequent travels across the country
• Fluency in English. Ability to communicate in French is an advantage.
