PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Person specification	• Vietnamese national. • University degree, Master degree or upper. Major in Commerce, Business management, etc.. • At least 3 years of work experiences in sales management position. Experience in FMCG sales for modern trade channel; experiences in electronics/hi tech sector would be better • Experience of negotiation with supermarkets • Good market’s knowledge • High sense of proposals. Sharp negotiation skills. • Good at budgeting and finance management • Strong management & leadership skills • Dynamic, result-oriented • Ability to take frequent travels across the country • Fluency in English. Ability to communicate in French is an advantage.
