Job summary The International Sales Manager position is central in the company’s growth strategy and securing global market penetration in wholesale, distributor and retail channels of business. Responsibilities include developing and oversight management of current and new business in the frozen seafood category. Individual must have strong knowledge and successful sales record of seafood products. A current active customer base is a plus. Position will work closely with Sales and other sales team members to develop sales strategies and growth plans for all non USA markets.

PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Person specification 1. Successful track record in new business development with active client base
2. Supervise Staff and coordinate sales activities with the USA office
3. Ability to manage category growth while supporting other sales function needs
4. Ability to work as a team player to achieve overall success of company’s growth plans
5. Ability to develop sales strategies to achieve market share growth.
6. Strong ability to develop new accounts as required to achieve business objectives
7. Ability to contribute in fast paced environment.
8. Ability to work closely with marketing team to develop marketing ideas and new products
9. Strong knowledge of frozen seafood category and domestic market place.
10. Demonstrated success track record with ability to grow into management.
11. Strong experience in working with large seafood wholesalers and distributors.
12. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
13. 8+ years experience in seafood sales with proven experience in seafood products
