Shipment Visibility
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy of daily reports, including:
- Shipment Track and Trace and Daily Reporting
- International Transportation and Customs Clearance: Daily Report
- Warehouse: Stock in/out Report and Inventory Report
- Local Delivery: DN Tracking Report
Operations Monitoring and Controlling
- Proactive Shipment Monitoring
- Process Control, SOP Compliance and Internal Audit
- Reporting Accuracy
KPI Reporting
- Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure timely submission of monthly KPI report
- Consolidate KPI figures from internal stakeholders in Shenzhen and Indonesia and prepare a monthly E2E KPI report
- Ensure delay analysis and improvement plan are provided by Internal stakeholders for any KPI failures
Exception Handling
- Special requests (eg. extra capability required, hold shipment & urgent delivery)
and exception incidents (eg. delay and discrepancies)
- Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Plan
- Keep records of all exceptions issues raised
- Monitor the required corrective actions, and follow up with stakeholders as necessary

- Resources and Capability Planning
- Regular Network Optimization

Communication
- Weekly Operations Review with Huawei
- Proactive notification and Follow up

Control Tower Structure
1. A Control Tower Manager
2. 2 x Control Tower Coordinators
Operating System (Current)
1. Daily shipment tracking report (in MS Excel format) will track and trace shipment status from Factory door to Destination DCs.
2. Daily inventory report will allow full visibility of cargo status within Destination DCs.
3. Daily DN tracking report (in MS Excel format) will monitor delivery order status from
time of issuance till delivery at installation sites.
4. All 3 reports will be updated daily and placed in a FTP Web Portal for easy access by Huawei.
Operating System (in line with Global IT Roadmap)
1. B2B (business to business) initiative to link up the database between Huawei CES and WM300i.
2. Development of a common visibility platform using SCI2, which will integrate data from Logis Air&Ocean (Int'l Freight) and WM300i (DC and Distribution).
