PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Person specification • University graduate, major in mechanical/ Electrical engineering
• Good knowledge and experience in engineering & project management
• Strong responsibility, sound people management skills and problem analysis capability.
• Deep understanding to HESE, ISO9001/ ISO14001 and Maintenance system
• Good command of English – fluent and fully literate
• More than 7 years working experience, of which at least 5 years working in the engineering/maintenance fields for multinational enterprise and 3 years as assistance engineering manager.
• Sound negotiation and management skills to suppliers/contractors
• Experience in maintenance and project management is preferable
• High personal motivation in Engineering management
• Strong teamwork spirit
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
