Job summary
|
- Direct Sales / Route Management - Merchandising - Analyze key customers, key competitors and market; the distribution system and business regulatory environment for pharmaceuticals products in Vietnam; - Recommend target products for product development; - Understand the business opportunities and potential volume growth of the designated territory. - Manage direct and indirect sales business in the designated territory. - Ensure the execution of sales and marketing strategies (by brand, channel, price, package) to attain the targets. - Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales teams activities, execution of sales and merchandising standards and provide feedback to the teams on specific areas for improvement.
