Job summary
|
1.Recruitment - Establish manpower planning to be in line with business strategy & plan. - Recruit the qualified employee within desinated timeframe. - Review application/resume, interview job applicants, evaluate applicant skills,make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications and complete the employment. - Design and conduct new employee orientation program.
2.Employee training & development - Conduct research on employee development programs and activities, and recommends changes or innovations where desirable. - Conduct a training needs analysis. Uses results to design, plan and develop the training program - Administer and manage the training database. Set-up and maintains a training library.
3.Effectively manage and administrate the compensation and benefit program. - Provide recommendations for the appropriate salary structure - Provide advice on the design, implementation and administration of the company’s total compensation and benefits programs - Manage the assessment of the business needs and impacts of existing compensation and benefits program and recommend the new program if needed - Develop, recommend, implement and administer compensation and benefits systems and programs which support pay for performance and meet other defined objectives
4.Employee Relationship - Build up and maintain good relationships and good understanding with all staff via effective communication and activities - Review and revise employee rules and regulations - Control employees to in line with company's rules and regulations - Take action according to company's protocols when employee breaks rule and regulation and report to employee's supervisor and top management - Ensure that the company is in compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
