Job summary BASIC TASKS

 To assist the Head of Department lead the Marketing Team.
 Responsible for marketing practices facilitate the sales achievement (GET, Corporate Link).
 Together with Head of Marketing Department to provide BOM and related departments accurate information of market trends, external environment, and industry analysis concerning the assigned areas.
 Providing BOM with relevant internal analysis (products and services) and recommendations concerning products and business improvement and development based on sound analysis.
 Develop (with the support of head of department) and implement marketing plan for the assigned segments
 Maintain and strengthen LLV’s image and reputation through quality Marketing programs.
 Develop and monitor e-marketing
 Develop and maintain reliable market intelligent system
 Establish and strengthen good relationship with Medias, business community and other stake holders that would facilitate further growth of GET and Corporate Link.
 Provide staff with relevant training and coaching.
 Maintain and strengthen marketing team, create good working environment, good team spirit.
 Keep good liaison with Head of GET and Corporate Link and other related departments to ensure smooth cooperation amongst
 Maintain high efficiency and high quality of marketing activities that comply with ISO standard.


WORKING TIME
Normally working time: 8:30 – 18:00, from Mondays to Fridays. Work on Saturdays if required by line manager. Lunch break from 12:00 to 13:30. Outside work-hours required from time-to-time when tasks need to be completed on time.

REMUNERATION
• Monthly basic salary: to be negotiated
• Work performance and salary will be reviewed on yearly basis.
• Profits Share: As per the company’s PS Scheme (After 2 years of Service).
