Job summary
|
We recruit twice a year for the Global Trainee Program for Finance & Business Control, a trainee program of 18-24 months, which allows insight into the areas of accounting, finance, controlling, corporate finance, treasury etc. Because of its global nature this trainee program allows you to work in 3 different countries, experience diverse work cultures and job assignments.
The first 6 months are spent at the Office in Vietnam. Thereafter, you will have the opportunity to move to Headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland for another 6 months, where you will gain an overview of operations and work on a more strategic level in one of our finance group functions. Finally, the third assignment, which may last 6-12 months, will bring you to yet another country to gain further international experience and increase your responsibility. After successful completion of the program, you will be offered a permanent position in one of our local units in Hanoi, VIETNAM.
