Job summary

* Administration Assistance: - Assist the Country CFO in all daily tasks - Provide precise translation/ interpretation services - Manage work calendar, schedule meetings, arrange travel and accommodation for the Country CFO - Provide logistics support for Country CFO's visitors coming from the region and head quarter - Prepare presentation materials as well as take meeting minutes - Compile and manage data as required - Prepare report as required - Draft correspondence (letters, emails...) as required - Verify expense reports, travel form and other documents submitted to Country CFO for his signatures - Organize filing system in the office to make sure all documents both hard and soft copies are filed in an organized and systematic manner. Also make sure that notarized copies of company documents are always available for use - Coordinate with divisions to ensure smooth workflow in Country CFO's office - Fulfill other tasks assigned by the Country CFO
* Finance Management - Carry out ad hoc reports, cost monitoring, handling of all supplier invoices for electronic handling and approval - Ensure correctness of documents brought for approval
